CLASS LEVELS
Parent & Me: 6 month – 3 year - Children will enjoy this group class along with a parent or guardian. This class helps develop a comfort and respect for the water in a fun environment. They will practice basic water and safety skills while developing a good base for swimming skills.
Preschool: 3 year – 5 year - This small group class will develop basic swim and safety fundamentals such as breath control and floating. More advanced students will progress to more advanced swim skills including freestyle and backstroke.
School Age: 6 year – 12 year - Students will learn basic swim and safety fundamentals and progress to learning the four basic strokes and diving.
A session is 4 classes, cost is $50 for the total session
Chaparral Pines members and registered guests $40
Private Lessons are available please send and email for class days and times. Private lessons are $30 each additional child $10 in the same lesson.
Classes are taught in a private non-lifeguarded pool. Guests are only allowed in the pools with their instructor.

With a focus on technique and fundamentals we are dedicated to helping our swimmers achieve to their highest potential both in and out of the pool.

TEAM LEVELS
Gold - for advanced swimmers ages 11 and over who have achieved or are capable of USA Swimming Arizona B qualifying times.
Silver 1 & 2 - for beginning competitive swimmers ages 12 and under who can swim one length freestyle with their face in the water and one length backstroke.
Bronze - for swimmers ages 12 and under just getting into swim team, who can swim one lap of the pool confidently. This group will focus on stroke development.
High School/Middle School Development– for swimmers 13 and over who can swim two lengths freestyle and one length backstroke. Great for swimmers who are interested in swimming in High School/Middle School or who are interested in cross training for other sports.

For those at Rim Country Middle School that would like to ride the bus to swim practice on Monday and Thursday after school, starting March 23. Please send me an email or a Group Me text by Wednesday, March 18, to be added to the transportation list.
MIDDLE SCHOOL/HIGH SCHOOL SWIM FUND RAISER
Swim will be running a snack bar at the Gracie Lee Haught Softball Tournament to help raise funds for swim entry fees. We would appreciate everyone’s help!! Including parents from our future middle school and high school parents. The snack bar will be on Friday and Saturday March 20 & 21. It will run from 8 am until 6 pm on Friday, and 8 am until 4:30 pm on Saturday. We are requesting parents and swimmers ages 12 and up help at one (or more) of the following shifts. Please let me know as soon as you can if you can help!!

CREDIT FOR KIDS
There is still time to help with your credit for kids tax credit for 2025 if you have not yet filled your taxes. You can also make your 2026 Credit for Kids donation at anytime. You can receive a dollar for dollar tax credit for donating up to $200 for an individual and up to $400 for a couple towards Payson High School or Middle School Swim. Please see the pusd10.org Credit for Kids and mark Athletics and then write in Swim. Please also encourage your family and friends to do the same! Forms will also be available at practice! If you have any questions speak with your tax person or reach out to me.
